It is populated with the Account Code and Description from the Account Codes table.

If the mode Link Application(s) To Account Code is selected, available applications to which Account Codes can be linked are displayed in the combo for selection.

It is populated with all available account code descriptions (value 0 on the Account Codes table) that can be applied to the function selected in the Function(s) Allowed combo.

It is populated with all available application descriptions (value 0 on the Account Codes table) that can be applied to the Account Code selected in the Account Code(s) combo.

The user must have a security profile linked to the function Account Codes with an access allowed of Add.

The button is enabled when either an account code description is selected in the Available Account Code(s) list box or a function description is selected in the Available Apply To Function(s) list box.

When the button is clicked, the available account code or the function selected, is added to the Linked Account Code(s) or Linked Apply To Function(s) list box respectively depending on the mode selected and removed from the Available Apply To Function(s) or Available Account Code(s) list box.

The selected account code or function is inserted in the Account Codes table with a value of 1.

The user must have a security profile linked to the function Account Codes with an access allowed of Add.

When the button is clicked, all the available account codes in the Available Account Code(s) list box or all the available functions in the Available Apply To Function(s) list box are added to either the Linked Account Code(s) or Linked Apply To Function(s) list box depending on the mode selected.

All the available account codes or functions are removed from the Available Apply To Function(s) or Available Account Code(s) list box.

The account codes or functions are inserted in the Account Codes table with a value of 1.

When this mode is selected, the user must select an Account Code to which the available applications can be linked, or from which the linked applications can be removed.

The user must have a security profile linked to the function Account Codes with an access allowed of Delete.

When the button is clicked, all the linked account codes in the Linked Account Code(s) list box or all the linked functions in the Linked Apply To Function(s) list box are added to either Available Account Code(s) or Available Apply To Function(s) list box for the mode selected.

All linked account codes or functions are removed from the Linked Apply To Function(s) or Linked Account Code(s) list box.  A value of 0 is inserted in the Account Codes table for the selected account code or function.
