This tab are used to setup all the banking accounts.

These arrows will enable when the user is the Account Manager of the specific Internal bank or 'Acting for.' the Account Manager.

 

When clicked selected bank transaction profiles will be added to or removed from the selected employee. The Bank Transaction Access table will be updated with the new information.

The user must be the 'Account Manager' or 'Acting for' the account manager to be able to apply the changes made to the profiles of a selected employee.

 

When clicked the Bank Transaction Access table will be updated.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Available Bank Transaction Profiles

This is a list of all the available Bank Transaction Profiles and will populate from the Column Value table where the column name equals 'Transaction_Profile'.

 

It will populate with all the bank transaction profiles from the Bank Transaction Access table.

 

A profile can be linked more than once to a specific employee with a different from date. This will typically be used when a temporary employee is assigned and a limit wants to be applied to the amounts to be authorized for bank transactions. After a specified period the limit can be increased, therefore two or more profiles can be linked simultaneously.

 

If no employee is selected all bank transaction profiles will be displayed and the list view will be disabled.

This field populates with employees from the Employee Master table where the employee has the status of active (A).

 

hmtoggle_plus1Linked Bank Transaction Employees

This is populated with all employees that exist in the Bank Transaction Access table for the specific Bank Code selected.

 

On selecting one of the employees in the list, details for that employee will be displayed in the 'Linked Bank Transaction Profiles' grid.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Linked Bank Transaction Profiles

It is a list of Bank Transaction Profiles and populates with values from the Column Value table where:

 

1. The Column Name is equal to Transaction Profiles from the Column Value table.

2. All bank transaction profiles that do exist for the selected employee in the Bank Transaction Access table.

 

Columns in the grid:

1. Transaction Profile Description

2. Max amount per day; the default value for the field is 5000.00

3. Maximum amount allowed; the default value for the field is 50000.00

4. From date; the default value for the field is the present date

5. To date; the default value for the field is a year from today's date

 

If the user is also the 'Account Manager' or 'Acting for' the specific bank account then changes will be allowed.

This is the setting to link bank transaction profiles to employees.

The options are:

 

1. 'Employee to Transaction': This is the default.  It allows the user to add and remove profiles from the available bank transaction profiles list box to the Linked bank transaction profiles list box for a specific employee.

 

2. 'Transaction to Employee': The transaction profile can be selected and the different employees linked to the transaction

can be viewed.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Show Only Active Profiles

This is a checkbox to differentiate between active and inactive bank transaction profiles for the selected employee, inactive meaning that the effective period for the profile has expired already.

 

When checked it will only display Bank Transaction Profiles in the 'Linked Bank Transaction Profile' grid where the 'from date' is equal to or smaller than today's date and the 'to date' is equal to or greater than today's date.

 

When not checked it will show ALL bank transaction profiles linked to the selected employee.
