Budget entity history

This function enables the user to view the status changes made to an entity. All changes to status are recorded as well as the date when it was changed and the user who made the change. Users with the Budget Manager profile and who are either the div manager, div accountant, responsible person, entity manager or acting for may use this function for the entities for which

they are responsible.

On this tab the following fields can be viewed:

This field displays the valid baselines available for selection and is enabled. Selection of this field is mandatory in order to display the existing entities.

This field is populated with the account number for account entities, node number for nodes and the order number for order entities that exist in the Budget Entity table for the specific budget id and baseline. Selection of this field is not mandatory.

This field populates with all existing budget id's on the Budget Entity table. It is enabled and mandatory.

This field displays valid statuses of existing entities. Selection of this field is not mandatory.

This field displays the budget type of the budget id selected. It is disabled.

This field displays valid change dates from the budget entity history table which may be selected. If entered, only entities whose statuses have changed after the selected date will be displayed.

This field is populated with existing completion dates of orders. Selection of this field is not mandatory for order entities.

This field displays the description of the budget id selected. It is disabled.

The grid displays the following data : Entity id entity type, order type, line number, completion date, budget status, changed date, changed date, description and comments.

This field is populated with existing line numbers of orders. Selection of this field is not mandatory for order entities.

This field is populated with existing order types. Selection of this field is not mandatory.

This button will display the entities relevant to the parameters selected.
