This button allows a post - skill category combination to be added.

This field populates with valid skill categories created in the Skill Categories tab. It is enabled and mandatory.

This button allows the budget post - skill category combination to be deleted. The combination may not be deleted if records exist for this id.

This field populates with valid posts created in the Post tab. The Id's are used to link various skill categories to a specific post. These may be used for manpower budgeting. It is enabled and mandatory.
