The purpose of this modeling example is to demonstrate the possibilities of the modeling tool. This default model is not complete and is not an attempt to represent a generic model to be applied at any company.

 

Each company is responsible to reflect its own true business process in this model.  Each division may or may not have its own model.

 

On this tab the following fields can be viewed:

The form is opened with the "Company Business Model".  The purpose of this modeling example is to demonstrate the possibilities of the modeling tool.  

This default model is not complete and is not an attempt to represent a generic model to be applied at any company.

 

Each company is responsible to reflect its own true business process in this model. Although each division may or may not have its own model, this example only uses the "special division" called "Company".

It is populated with divisions and descriptions from the Division table.

 

The number of characters to be entered before the list is shown is governed by the value of "populate length" (mandatory).

"Navigate" displays the tree structure for the specific business area selected on in the model.

When you click on a Business Area, for example, Independent Division in the model, a description of the selected business area is displayed in this text box.

 

The description may contain green highlighted text. When you click on this text you are taken to a specific function within the System.

The Title displays the name of the currently selected business area.

hmtoggle_plus1Zooming Control Buttons

The  button allows the user to make the business model image smaller, to a minimum size of 20%.  The  button allows the user to enlarge the business model image up to a maximum size of 100%.

 

The  indicates that the business model size is 100% and is disabled when the  is clicked to enlarge the screen to 100%.

 

The  button is used to scale the business model image so that it fills the entire screen.
