If selected it will display change proposals with outstanding actions if the change proposals Action Required By date is before the selected action date until.

This selection will limit the result set to only display change proposals where the change proposal administrator equals the administrator person selected here.  This will usually be the Product administrator as set on the product master function.

This is the default mode.  It can be set off by selecting 'Only ECP's with outstanding actions'.  If set on, it basically ignores the frame 'Only ECP's with outstanding actions'.      

If selected it will display change proposals with outstanding actions if the change proposals are final approved.

If selected it will display change proposals with outstanding actions if the change proposals are not yet final approved.

Select a specific category if you want to see change proposals relating to just the product structure, part revision or operation.  The default is all three options are selected.

This selection will limit the result set to only display change proposals where the change proposal classification equals the classification selected here.

If a part number or document is selected, only change proposals for that item or document will be part of the result set.

A Criteria Set is a combination of settings an employee used and would like to re-use at a later stage.  This combination of settings can be saved as a personal setting or in a public folder for all employees to use.

This selection will limit the result set to only display change proposals where the start of the change proposal description equals the text entered here.

The result set will include change proposals with statuses as selected in this frame. The default is all statuses are selected.  

This setting can by activating it, be used to include all settings that were saved in the Public folder when settings must populate.

When un clicked only settings for the signed-on employee will populate in the combo.

When clicked all settings for the selected setting that was previously set, will populate in the appropriate fields.

If selected, it will use the selection criteria as set above but will only display change proposals with outstanding actions.

This selection will limit the result set to only display change proposals organizations where the change proposal external organisation equals the organisation you have selected here.  This field is an indication that the change proposal was initiated by the supplier or customer selected.

Select the part number that the configuration item relates to.

This selection will limit the result set to only display change proposals where the change proposal product code equals the product code you have selected here.

This selection will limit the result set to only display change proposals where the change proposal project equals the project you have selected here.

This selection will limit the result set to only display change proposals where the requester equals the selected requested by person.

In this frame we can specify that we want to see change proposals for the configuration item but only in relation to the part number selected in this frame.  The configuration item

is not mandatory when you want to select a part number in this frame.  This enables you to I.e. see change proposals for part D but only where part D is used in the product structure of part A.  

If selected it will display change proposals with outstanding actions where the routing participant on the change proposal routing equals the employee selected in this field.

When clicked the selected settings will be saved.  If no Criteria Set name exists a new name needs to be added at the prompt.  If an existing setting was selected and changes were made to the selection of criteria, the latest criteria will overwrite the old settings.

If selected the detail routing will also be displayed on the overview results tab.
