On this tab the following fields can be viewed:
This grid displays the key fields of the table which are to be changed or deleted. The grid also displays the following:
DELETE If there is a request to delete record(s), the record(s) to be deleted must be specified by checking (ticking) this column and clicking the "Apply" button to perform the delete operation.
PARENT PART NUMBER When the table is Product Structure on the Linked Tables tab, this field displays the parent part number.
COMPONENT PART NUMBER When the table is Product Structure on the Linked Tables tab, this field displays the component part number.
REVISION NUMBER When the table is Part Revision on the Linked Tables tab, this field displays the revision number.
OPERATION When the table is Part Operations on the Linked Tables tab, this field displays the operation number.
TYPE OF OPERATION When the table is Part Operations on the Linked Tables tab, this field displays the type of operation.
IMPLEMENTED Implemented has a value Yes "Y" or No "N".
IMPLEMENTOR Displays the name of the person who must perform the change or delete. It is populated with the surname, first name, middle initial and employee ID from the Employee Master table where the status is Active "A".
The number of characters to be entered before the list is shown is governed by the value of "populate length".
DETAIL CHANGE DESCRIPTION The signed on employee uses this field to write notes to the implementor. It is an alphanumeric field that can have a maximum length of 255 characters.
IMPLEMENTED DATE Shows the change date. If "Implemented" has a value "N" the date defaults to today's date.
CREATOR Displays the name of the signed on user. |
