On this tab the following fields can be viewed:
When a document number is selected from the combo box this list box populates with document sheet revisions from the table selected in the "Linked Tables" grid on the Linked TablesLINKED_TABLES tab. |
When clicked the Available Document list box will be cleared. |
If the "Only MRI's" is selected only documents marked as MRI will populate in the Document Number field. If not selected all documents will be available for selection in The Document Number field. |
This grid displays the key fields of the table that are to be changed or deleted. The grid also displays the following:
ECP NUMBER When the table is Document Revision on the Linked TablesLINKED_TABLES tab, this field displays the ECP number linked.
DOCUMENT NUMBER When the table is Document Revision on the Linked Tables LINKED_TABLES tab, this field displays the Document number linked to the ecp.
SHEET NUMBER When the table is Document Revision on the Linked Tables LINKED_TABLES tab, this field displays the document sheet number.
REVISION NUMBER When the table is Document Revision on the Linked Tables LINKED_TABLES tab, this field displays the document sheet revision number.
DETAIL CHANGE DESCRIPTION The signed on employee uses this field to write notes to the implementor. It is an alphanumeric field that can have a maximum length of 255 characters.
IMPLEMENTED Implemented has a value Yes "Y" or No "N".
CREATOR Displays the name of the signed on user.
IMPLEMENTOR Displays the name of the person who must perform the change or delete. It is populated with the surname, first name, middle initial and employee ID from the Employee Master table where the status is Active "A".
The number of characters to be entered before the list is shown is governed by the value of "populate length".
IMPLEMENTED DATE Shows the change date. If "Implemented" has a value "N" the date defaults to today's date. |
Show Associated Docs This option will populate all documents associated with the selected document.
Include Lower Levels This option will populate all lower level documents in the document structure guided by the "Stop at 1st level" or "Stop 1st MRI" settings. |
When clicked the Available Document list box will be populated with sheet revisions for the selected document. |
