This function allows the user to create quality codes. These codes may then be used to qualify the standard of the data. The user is free to interpret the quality /codes in any way they wish for example, a code of 3 may be recorded as ‘AVERAGE’ and average may mean that 2 measurement types for the same reading date exists or it may mean that the data is ‘as expected’.

All fields are mandatory.
