If clicked the caption will be added to the Address Caption table.  The sequence must be 6 or less and the caption 3 or more characters.  The user must have a security profile linked to the function Country with an access allowed of Add.

This field specifies the language code applicable.  A single country may want captions in two or more Languages.

This represents the sequence in which the captions must appear on the Front end. I.e. if the third address line should read "State" make the sequence "3" and caption "State".
