2.                If the value of Settlement Date Control is equal to Unlimited Deviation (U), the spinner will be enabled from a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 120.

3.                If the value of Settlement Date Control is equal to Minimum Deviation Allowed (M), the spinner will be enabled from the value of Settlement Days (Min) Purchase Orders on the System Configuration table to a maximum of 120.

4.                If the value of Settlement Date Control is equal to No Deviation Except for Advances (A), and the option button, "Advance Payment" is selected, the spinner will be enabled from a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 120.  If any other option is selected, the spinner will be disabled and you may not adjust it.
