On this tab budgeted currency conversions can be maintained and viewed using the following fields:

 

hmtoggle_plus1Add

The entered currency code, budget year, budget buying and selling rates will be added to the table currency budget rate.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Buying Rate

The budgeted buying rate can be entered / displayed in this field.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Currency Code

Displays the currency code as selected on the currency codes tab.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Change

The budgeted buying and selling rates will be update in the table currency budget rate for the selected currency code and budget year.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Description

Display the currency code description from the currency code table for the selected currency.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Delete

The selected record will be deleted from the table currency budget rate.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Financial Year

The financial year for which budget conversion rates needs to be added/changed are selected here.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Selling Rate

The budgeted selling rate can be entered / displayed in this field.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Summary List

The summary list shows all records from the table currency budget rate for the selected in currency code, using the columns financial year, buying rate and selling rate.
