The apply button records the results of the return in the Shipped_Serial_Lot_Detail table.

The total quantities must equal the quantity selected on the previous tab.

The grid displays serial numbers and or lot numbers that apply to the return of goods from the customer. It also displays the applicable warranty information per line.  The quantity may be changed but the system checks that the total equals the total on the previous tab.

The reset button resets the quantities to the original quantities as on the previous tab.
