On this tab the following fields can be viewed:
![]() | Include parts with Unplanned Stock Movements |
Often unplanned stock movements or stock adjustments are an indication (or cause) of stock inaccuracy, which warrants a stock count to check these parts.
These options allow you to select parts for cycle counting where unplanned stock movements and/or store issue requisitions took place between the selected dates.
If the Store Issue Reqs tickbox is checked then all parts which had store issue requisitions between the specified dates will be considered for cycle counting.
If the Unplanned Receipts/Stock Adjustments checkbox is ticked then all parts which had unplanned receipts/stock adjustments between the specified dates will be included for cycle counting. |
![]() | Life Cycle |
When "Select All" is selected all the life cycle options are checked. When "Deselect All" is selected, all the life cycle options are unchecked.
The default for all the life cycle options is "Yes" (checked). Only parts with the selected life cycle(s) will be considered for cycle counting. At least one Life Cycle option must be selected. |
![]() | Part Master Where Clause |
The Part Master Where Clause allows users to enter their own criteria for selecting specific parts based on any column within the Part Master. Use Quick Query to see what the column names are in the Part_Master table. The syntax used in this Where Clause is standard T-SQL with double quotes (do not use single quotes), for example:
