On this tab the following fields can be viewed:
It is populated with the surname, first name, middle initial and the employee ID from the Employee Master where the status is Active "A" or Unavailable "U".
This person is responsible for approving cycle count reports (with any deviations) and changing the status of a Run to 'Resolved'. They are often the Cost Centre or Operations Manager but could also be the Coordinator. This person must ensure that all stock take adjustments are done correctly before approving a Run.
It is populated with the surname, first name, middle initial and employee ID from the Employee Master where the status is Active "A" or Unavailable "U". The default is the signed on user.
This person is responsible for creating a Cycle Count Set and managing all Runs for this Set. The Coordinator will receive an email whenever the status of a Run is changed by someone else. Only the Coordinator and the 'Approval By' person can change the status of a Run to 'Resolved' and must therefore ensure that all stock take adjustments are done correctly before resolving a Run.
This field governs who is allowed to report feedback for any Cycle Count Run for a Set on the Cycle Count Report function. This means that once a Cycle Count Run has a status of 'Opened for Feedback' then certain employees can start physically counting the stock and capturing their feedback per line on the Cycle Count Report function.
The default for all the "Feedback" settings is checked (on). This frame allows you to either hide and/or force feedback for the selected criteria.
These settings are provided for the Cycle Count Report function. If you select "Hide" for a field, the person who provides stock count feedback using the function Cycle Count Report, will not to be able to see the stored (theoretical) value of that field.
For example, you can hide the current quantity on hand, preventing the person who gives feedback from entering a realistic estimate without actually counting the stock.
The "Force" switches, force the person providing feedback to enter a value for that field. If "Force" is switched off, the user will not be able to provide feedback on that field,
since the field will be removed from the Cycle Count Report function.
The simplest recommended settings are:
This forces the new counted quantity on hand to be captured and hides the comparative (currently stored) quantity on hand, remaining DOL units, quarantine quantity, and Revision.
This field is populated with reason codes and descriptions from the Movement Reason Codes table.
You must specify a default reason code that will be used on each counted line in the Cycle Count Report function, especially for any deviations that may occur. This is useful for reporting purposes to list all deviations and their reasons.

These are miscellaneous comments for the Cycle Count Set and are not used elsewhere in the system. This field acts as memorandum data for reporting purposes and is optional.
These options allow users to specify automatic generation of cycle count runs for a set based on a specific frequency starting from a specific date.
Runs can be generated on a Weekly basis on a specific day(s) - or every day.
Monthly starting from a specific date - thereafter, every month on that date.
Annually starting from a specific date - thereafter, every year on that date.
Scheduling Cycle Count Runs is optional as the function also provides the user with the option to manually run the next cycle count.
To activate this feature you must check the tickbox called 'Automatic Scheduling of Cycle Count Runs' and ensure your parameters are correct.
When a Cycle Count Run is automatically scheduled the status will become 'Submitted' and the cycle counting list is generated with the number of lines automatically calculated. Users can then decide to open the Run for feedback or delete it.
