This option enables the user to specify the dates between where the Invoices or Credit Notes are needed.

 

On this tab the following fields can be viewed:

This option enables the user to specify the Invoice Numbers between where the Invoices or Credit Notes are needed.

hmtoggle_plus1Document Status

This frame displays the status of the currently selected invoice.  The Invoice can have a status of "Created", "Print Approved", "Not Print Approved", or "Printed/Confirmed".

The user has the option of selecting either an Invoice or the Credit Note linked to the selected Customer as specified at the top of the screen depending on the selection in the Client Option frame.

This is purely used for display purposes in the grid. You can specify a from date then the grid will only show from that date.

This is purely used for display purposes in the grid. You can specify a from line then the grid will show from that line on.

On clicking this button a version of the Invoice or Credit Note will be displayed on the screen.

The user must have a security profile linked to the functions Print Documentation, Print Documentation Invoice Printer And/or Print Documentation Reprint Original.

 

When the "Print" button is clicked, the system determines whether it is a normal or a counter sales invoice.

 

It does this by checking to see if an order number exists on the Debtor Line Link table.  If an order does not exist, it is a counter sales invoice.

This is purely used for display purposes in the grid. You can specify a to line then the grid will only show until that line.

It is populated with all reports from the Column Values table i.e.  Duplicate "D", Original "O", Reprint Original "R" and Pro-Forma "P".

The number of characters to be entered before the list is shown is governed by the value of "populate length" (mandatory).

 

Four types of reports can be selected i.e. Duplicate, Original, Reprint or Pro-Forma.

 

A Pro-Forma version of what the Invoice or Credit Note might look like as the final product (an Invoice send in advance of Goods Supply).

This is the results of the selected option and will display the Invoices or Credit Notes after the Show button was clicked.

 

Displays the organisation (customer) selected, all outstanding invoice numbers and their codes as well as a column indicating whether the invoice was successfully printed or not.   In order to be able to print, an entry must first be selected in the grid.

This button displays all the lines in the grid for the criteria selected above.
