On this tab the following fields can be viewed:

It is populated with the transaction date time, amount , account, division code, account description, bank statement, bank statement item, the available amount calculated as the amount - (the settlement amount from the Bank Transaction Account, Account, Account Codes and Debtor Settlement tables where:
The status on the Account Codes table is Active "A", The transaction date time is greater than the from date entered, and The cancel date is equal to spaces. The direction on the Bank Transaction table is Out of Bank "O" (when "Out of Bank" is selected), or The direction on the Bank Transaction table is Into Bank "I" (when "Into Bank" is selected).

One of the Direction options, either "Into Bank" or "Out of Bank" must be selected and these options govern the population of the "Transaction Date" combo box. |
If a division is selected, only debtor line links, where the Account specified on the debtor line link belongs to the specified Division, are displayed. If the Account on the debtor line link is a Cost Centre Account, the cost centre's division is used.

This field is used to specify a range of settled or unsettled invoices to be displayed. Enter the invoice number that ends the range and click the "Display" button.
Note that "%" can be used as a wild card (AQ7% will display invoices including those starting with "AQ7"). |

When "Display" is clicked it is populated with the invoice number, line number and a calculated outstanding amount from the Debtor Settlement and Debtor Line Link tables. The population of the invoices is governed by the Invoice Display Options specified.
When the option "Unsettled Invoices" is selected, "Display" is clicked, and the direction is "Into Bank", the list box is populated with the invoice number, line number, and (the total price - sum of the unsettled amount) from the Debtor Invoice, Debtor Line Link and Debtor Settlement tables where:
The status on the Debtor Invoice table is Invoice Printed "I", and the invoice number, line number, and capture date on the Debtor Line Link table is equal to the invoice number, line number and capture date on the Debtor Settlement table.
When the option "Unsettled Invoices" is selected, "Display" is clicked, and the direction is "Out of Bank", this list box is populated with the invoice number, line number, and (total price - sum of the settlement amount), from the Debtor Invoice, Debtor Line Link and Debtor Settlement tables where:
The status on the Debtor Invoice table is Invoice Printed "I", The invoice number and line number on the Debtor Line Link table is equal to the invoice number and line number on the Debtor Settlement table, The link is a Credit "C" link, and the (total price + tax amount on the Debtor Line Link table) is greater than the sum of the (settlement amount on the Debtor Settlement table). |
Either "Settled Invoices" or "Unsettled Invoices" must be selected before "Display" is clicked, in order to populate the Invoices grid. "Unsettled Invoices" is the default.

When this option is selected and "Display" is clicked, all the settled invoices for the selected customer are displayed in the "Invoices" list box. |

You can specify the date on which the statement was printed in this field.
If the statement date is specified and the "Unsettled" button is clicked, the invoice selection displayed is limited to debtor line links, where the link's capture date and invoice print date are smaller than or equal to the statement print date provided.
If the statement date is not specified and is equal to the current date, then all unsettled links are displayed except invoices printed on the current date.
EXAMPLE: If invoices have been printed on the 28th day of the month and wish to be included in the invoice selection, then the statement date should be set to the 29th day of the month, because the time on the statement date is equal to 12:00 AM. |
This field defaults to today's date. Only bank transactions that occurred after, or on the specified date will be displayed. |
It defaults to the selected customer. It is populated with the name, trading status and organisation code from the External Organisation table where a valid debtors account exists.
