Displays the division structure according to the structure settings (Implode/Explode).

When "Show Only Active" is checked, "Financial Year" is enabled, and all the actual costs and the latest/approved budgets are checked for the selected division for the selected "Financial Year".  If there are non-zero budgets the specific division or cost centre is displayed in the structure.

The cost centres for divisions are displayed in the structure where the cost centre does not have a parent cost centre and where this cost centre belongs to the specific division in the structure. Actual costs and /latest/approved budgets are taken into account when exploding the structure.

When "Show Only Active" is unchecked the entire structure is displayed.  

It is populated with the financial year from the Financial Year table (optional).

Explode shows the top-down structure for the selected division and shows the cost centres, without parent cost centres, belonging to the division in the structure.

Implode shows the bottom-up structure for the selected division and shows divisions only.

When checked, "Financial Year" is enabled, and all the latest/approved budgets and actual costs are checked for the selected division or cost centre for the selected "Financial Year".

If there are non-zero budgets for the specific division or cost centre they are displayed in the structure.

When exploding the structure, cost centres for divisions are displayed in the structure where the cost centre does not have a parent cost centre and this cost centre belongs to the specific division in the structure.

Actual/latest/approved budgets are only taken into account when exploding the structure.

When unchecked, no budgets are taken into account and the entire structure is displayed.  the "Financial Year" combo box is disabled.

This grid provides the user with the detail of the divisions/cost centres in the structure and displays the division code, division description and cost centre of all the divisions/cost centres in the structure.

The number of levels is limited by the setting Cost Centre Levels Max on System Configuration .
