On this tab the following fields can be viewed:
This field is used as a checkbox, to indicate if the Action Required and Action Taken combinations are active or not. If the checkbox is ticked, the Action combination is active and when unchecked, the combination of Actions is not active. |
Changes can be made by setting some of the linked documents to inactive. After changes have been made to the setting the Apply button can be clicked to store the changes made to the Document Actions table. |
Actions that can be taken can be linked to the Required Action by selecting it and clicking on this button will move them to the Linked Actions Allowed list box. When the Active button is ticked the selected Action Taken will be linked as active to the Required Action. |
Action Taken options that are linked to the Required Actions can be removed by selecting the required Action and by clicking on this button will remove the option from the table. |
