On this tab the following fields can be viewed:
This field is used as a checkbox, to indicate if the Action Required is active or not. If the checkbox is ticked, the Action Required is active and when unchecked, the Code is not active. |
This field is used to add a new Action Required. The Action Required field has a maximum of 10 characters. |
The user must have a security profile linked to the function Document Actions with an access allowed of Add.
When the "Add" button is clicked, it inserts the selected data in the Document Actions table. |
The user must have a security profile linked to the function Document Actions with an access allowed of Change.
When the "Change" button is clicked, changes made are updated on the Document Actions table. |
The user must have a security profile linked to the function Document Actions with an access allowed of Delete. If a specific Action Required has already been linked to a new document, added in Document Master, then the user will be prohibited from deleting that specific Action. To prevent further use of this Action Required, the Action can be set to inactive, by un-checking the Active checkbox on the Document Actions function. Only one record can be deleted from the Document Actions table at a time. |
This field is used to add a new Action Required Description. The Action Required Description field has a maximum of 100 characters. |
