On this tab the following fields can be viewed:

When a project has been selected the node/project description will be displayed in the field.

hmtoggle_plus1Document Project Distribution Linked Employee For Document Distribution

This list contains the employees linked as valid recipients for receiving project documents.

hmtoggle_plus1Employee To Be Linked

All active employees with a security classification linked will be populated for selection to be linked to the selected node/project.

hmtoggle_plus1Link and Unlink

These buttons links and unlinks employees as part of the project’s distribution list. You need to be linked to a security profile with access to the Document Project Distribution function.

hmtoggle_plus1Project

This field populates with all program and milestone nodes. Select the node/project that you want to link employees to for document distribution purposes.
