Purpose

This tab is applied to display all documents from Document_Master for a selected document type.

 

The tab enables once a document type has been selected on the tab "Document Type".

 

The list also displays the document title and whether the document carries the status of an MRI (Master record index).

 

Security Settings / Who can change

This tab only performs an inquiry and any user with inquiry-rights for Document Types can access the tab and view the data.

 

Tips

Clicking on the column headings will sort the data for that column in ascending - or descending order.

The data in the list can also be exported (click in the list and then click the F1 button on your keyboard).

 

On this tab the following fields can be viewed:
