The second tab Authority Matrix is used to define delegated responsibility for different approval actions. The different authority profiles that can be allocated are : First and Second Approval and then also a profile to allow approval of bank details. The approval of bank details is done on the function bank branch , on the bank branch account tab. The system will only allow specific users to be able to approve EFT's according to the values as setup on this matrix.

This combo box will populate all employees from employee Master table. By selecting an employee and selecting the inquiry button; all records where the specific employee has approved an authorization record will be displayed. |
This combo box will populate with all possible authorization profiles. By selecting an authorized action and selecting the inquiry button; all records will be displayed where the specific action is applicable. |

This will delete the record from the table EFT_Authority_Matrix.
