Available external organisations are populated with organizations from the table External Organisation, where the selected group has not yet been linked to the external organization. The External_Org_Grouping table contains the linked records.

Available groups are populated with groups from the table External Org Grouping Code, where the selected organization has not yet been linked to the group. The External_Org_Grouping table contains the linked records.

When clicked the button will add the selected available's to the  linked list box.

When clicked the button will add all the available's to the  linked list box.

This list is populated with the external organizations groups that have been linked to the selected external organization.

This list is populated with the organisations that have been linked to an existing group.

This list is populated with the external organisations that have been linked to the selected external organization group.

ORGANISATIONS TO A GROUP

This is the default.  It allows you to add and remove External organisations from the available organisations list box to the "Linked Organisations" list box for a specific External Organisation Group.

GROUPS TO AN ORGANISATION

Allows you to add or remove groups from the selected groups for the selected organisation.

When the unlink button is clicked the selected linked ones will be removed and will become available again.

When the unlink all button is clicked all the linked ones will be removed and will become available again.
