This part of the function enables the user to select the financial period in which the year end revaluation needs to be done. These fields needs to be fill out to obtain the parts that must be re valuated. open this field to view all the objects that need to be fill out to obtain the details necessary for the revaluation.

The details shown in the grid will be:-

Part Number of the parts to be revalued.

Quantity in Stock will be all stock for Fixed account parts with a stock status of New or Used and where the external organization on the location is spaces.

Parts In WIP will be Work in Process of all stock against orders with no Nodes or Account for Purchase and Production orders or no Nodes for Customer orders, where the required part is a Fixed account part, the stock status is New or Used and the stock issued does not belong to an external organization.

Parts in IRI will represent all stock in incoming receiving inspection against purchase order lines not sponsored by an account or a node.

Zero Revaluation Journal is indicated by a checkbox if the part being revalued has the same financial year data in both the Old as the New financial year and a zero revaluation journal would have been the result of this transaction. Because zero journals is not written it is only an indication to the user that there would have been a zero journal for this part.

Processed means the part has been processed if the checkbox is checked else it still needs to be processed. Parts with errors stay unprocessed until the errors have been resolved and the run has been resubmitted to process the unprocessed parts. Once all parts has been processed without errors a switch is set in the system to allow movements in the new financial year without any other checks. If there still exists errors or there are still parts that has not yet been processed such parts cannot be moved in the new financial year and it will place an overhead on the system to first check each part against the list to allow movements in the new financial year.
