This function allows the user to create accommodation types. It may be used for classification of locations. Its purpose is to create the types of accommodation that a location may have. There may be more than one accommodation type attached to a location.  In reality an accommodation type is linked to a property type and each location may only have one property type.

All fields are mandatory.
