An optional ‘Action Code Like’ can be entered. The Results will only show Maintenance Orders for Equipment that use a DOL Action Code like the one entered. This is normally scheduled equipment that has a DOL Definition defined. It is important to note that the % sign must be used either at the beginning of the text, or end of the text, or on either side of the text.
For example: %1M = select all Equipment that use a DOL Action Code that ends with the word ‘1M’ 1M% = select all Equipment that use a DOL Action Code that starts with the word ‘1M’ %1M% = select all Equipment that use a DOL Action Code which contains the word ‘1M’ anywhere. |

An optional Cost Centre can be selected. This is the Cost Centre for the Work Centre to which the Job belongs. The Results will only show Maintenance Orders for the Cost Centre selected. The Cost Centre is defined in the Cost Centre function. |
A ‘From’ and ‘To’ date must be selected. For Unscheduled Maintenance it is the date the Requisition was ‘Requested’. For Scheduled Maintenance it is the date the Notification was sent. ‘From’ defaults to the beginning of the current month. ‘To’ defaults to today’s date. |

An optional Equipment ID can be selected. The Results will only show Maintenance Orders for the Equipment ID selected. The Equipment ID is defined as a Maintenance Significant Item in the Part Master . |

Maintenance Orders have only two statuses – Released and Closed. At least one of these must be selected for the Analysis. |
The Criteria Set from any analysis can be saved as either public or private. It can then be loaded again at a later stage so that the user does not have to remember what criterion was used to produce a report.
The Criteria Set List displays all saved reports for the current user. If ‘Include Public Criteria Sets’ is selected then these are also included in the list. |
An optional Manager can be selected. This is the Manager of the Cost Centre as defined in the Cost Centre function. It is the Cost Centre for the Work Centre to which the Job belongs. The Results will only show Maintenance Orders for the Cost Centre Manager selected. |
An optional Plant Code can be selected. The Plant Code is a text field defined in the Work Centre function. The Results will only show Maintenance Orders for the Plant Code selected. |
An optional Maintenance Reason can be selected. The Results will only show Maintenance Orders for the Maintenance Reason selected. For Unscheduled Maintenance a Reason is selected when loading a Maintenance Requisition. For Scheduled Maintenance the system defaults to ‘SK’ for ‘Scheduled Maintenance’ and ‘SR’ for ‘Statutory Maintenance’. The Maintenance Reason is defined in the Failure function. |
If ‘Only Show Overdue Jobs’ is selected then only Maintenance Orders that are late by 1 day or more (based on the Order Line Completion Date) will be selected in the Results. If ‘ Only Show Statutory Jobs’ is selected then only Scheduled Maintenance Orders that are Statutory, as defined in the DOL Definition on the Equipment Base, will be selected. |
This button will clear all current criteria selected and allow the user to begin a new criteria set. |
If an Equipment ID has been entered then an optional Serial Number can be selected. The Results will only show Maintenance Orders for the Equipment ID and Serial Number selected. The Serial Number is defined in the Equipment Base. |
Maintenance Orders are either Scheduled or Unscheduled Jobs. Scheduled Jobs are created by Action’ing a Notification request. Unscheduled Jobs are created from a Maintenance Requisition. At least one of these Types must be selected for the Analysis. |
An optional Work Centre can be selected. For Unscheduled Maintenance it is the Work Centre that was selected in the Maintenance Requisition. For Scheduled Maintenance it is the Work Centre that was assigned to the first operation for the Maintenance Kit used. This is defined in Part Operations. The Results will only show Maintenance Orders for the Work Centre selected. |
