Maintenance Tasks Per Failure

On this tab the following fields can be viewed:

The "Apply" button is enabled when a task is selected in the Linked Tasks Grid. You must have a security profile linked to the function Maintenance Procedures with an access allowed of Delete to delete an operation(s).

 

When a failure repair task is selected for deletion and Apply is clicked, the selected task is deleted from the Failure Repair Task table.

 

When updating a failure repair task, the user must have a security profile linked to the function Maintenance Procedures with an access allowed of Change.

 

When the "Apply" button is clicked, the following updates are performed:

 

1.  It validates that a task sequence has been entered and a task interval has been selected.

 

2.  It determines the interval code i.e. Scheduled "B", Unscheduled "G", Pre-Operative "A", or Post Operative "H", to be added to the table.

 

3.It determines the base measurement value i.e. Minutes "MIN", Hours "HRS", Days "DAYS", Months "MNTH", Years "YRS", Kilometers "KM" or Actions "ACT".

 

4.  It updates the Failure Repair Tasks table and set the task interval code equal to the code selected, the scheduled task interval equal to the interval selected, the scheduled measurement base equal to the base selected, and the task sequence equal to the sequence entered.

It displays the operation number, operation type description and description for the part selected in the "Part Populate" field.

 

It is populated with the part number, part description, operation, type of operation, and description from the Part Operation, and Part Master tables, and the (part number + operation + type of operation from the Part Operation table) where it is not equal to the (task part number + task operation + task type on the Failure Repair Task table) where:

 

The type of operation on the Part Operation table is not equal to Production "P",

The status effective date on the Part Operation table is less than or equal to today's date and the active status is equal to Active "A", or

The status effective date on the Part Operation table is greater than today's date and the active status is equal to Inactive "I", and

 The MSI part number on the Failure Repair Task table is equal to the MSI part number key,

 The mission on the Failure Repair Task table is equal to the mission key,

 The failure number on the Failure Repair Task table is equal to the failure number key.

 

Sequence

When an operation is selected in this grid (i.e. the Select column is ticked) this column is enabled and the user must enter a task sequence if one is not displayed (mandatory).  Tasks may have the same sequence number if they can be done simultaneously.

 

Interval Code

When an operation is selected in this grid (i.e. the Select column is ticked) this column is enabled and the user must select an interval code if one is not displayed (mandatory).

 

Interval

When an operation is selected in this grid (i.e. the Select column is ticked) this column is enabled and the user must enter a task interval if one is not displayed (mandatory). A task interval can only be specified for interval codes, "Scheduled", "Pre-Operative" and "Post-Operative".

 

Measurement Base

When an operation is selected in this grid (i.e. the Select column is ticked) this column is enabled and the user must select a measurement base if one is not displayed (mandatory).

 

A base can only be specified for interval codes, "Scheduled", "Pre-Operative" and "Post-Operative".

The  is enabled when an operation is selected in the Task Library grid.

 

When the  is clicked, the selected operation(s) is added to the Linked Tasks grid.

The  is enabled when an operation is selected in the Task Library grid.

 

When the  is clicked, all the operation(s) in the Task Library grid, are added to the Linked Tasks grid.

hmtoggle_plus1Linked Maintenance Task(S)

It displays all the linked task(s) for the MSI/Failure selected on the "Failures Per MSI Mission" tab.

 

When a part is selected in the "Task Library" list box and dragged to this list box, this list box is populated with the task sequence, task operation, scheduled task interval, task part number, task type of operation, task interval code, and the scheduled measurement base from the Failure Repair Tasks table, description from the Part Operation table and the part description from the Part Master table where:

 

         The MSI part number on the Failure Repair Tasks table is equal to the MSI part number key,

         The mission on the Failure Repair Tasks table is equal to the mission key, and

         The failure number on the Failure Repair Tasks table is equal to the failure number key,

It is a read only field that displays the details of the part being maintained.

It is populated with a distinct part number from the Part Operation table and the part description from the Part Master where the part number on the Part Operation table is equal to the part number on the Part Master table.

 

The number of characters to be entered before the list is shown is governed by the value of "populate length" (mandatory).

The  is enabled when an operation is selected in the Linked Tasks grid.

 

When the  is clicked, the selected operation(s) in the Linked Tasks grid, is added to the Task Library grid.

hmtoggle_plus1Unlink All

The  is enabled when an operation is selected in the Linked Tasks grid.

 

When the is clicked, all the operations in the Linked Tasks grid, are removed and added to the Task Library grid.
