It displays (read only) the base quantity, base unit of measure and quantity returned from the Movement table for the selected part number and, if selected, the order line key.

It displays the quantity ordered, unit of measure description  returned from the Order Line, Unit of Measure tables for the selected part number, and, if selected, the order line key.

The Contractual Quantity populates from the Movement table.

The "Journal Detail" list box is populated with the account, cost centre/division, account description and amount from the Journal table (index = Journal Source Timestamp), Account and Account Codes tables where the:

         Source timestamp on the Journal table is equal to the date time in the detail list;

         Source on the Journal table is equal to Stock Movement (M).

It displays (read only) the movement from, movement to, current date/time, reason, unit cost, responsible organisation and done by from the Movements table for the selected part number, and/or the order line key.

It displays (read only) some project detail if applicable on the selected movement.
