Purpose
This tab provides the selection criteria for the type(s) of movement transactions the user wishes to see as well as other parameters such as serial numbers, division(s) or store(s) to or from which the transactions were done and from and to dates. Information on employees who performed the transactions and movements of stock belonging to a specific External Organisation(s) is also displayed.

This option shows all movement history and should be applied as the exception rather than the rule. A warning also appears with the selection of this option and the user should specify as many of the selective parameters as possible to limit to potential output results. |
It is populated with the completion date and line type from the Order Line table for the selected order number, line number, and line type.
The number of characters to be entered before the list is shown is governed by the value of "populate length" (It is optional when the user selects an order number).
When the user selects an order number and no line number, the completion date will not be displayed. History for all line numbers and completion dates of the order number will be displayed. |
It is populated with the division code and division description from the Division table.

This field is only enabled if a part number or order number has been selected. At least one of the "Movement Types" must be 'Stores'. |
It is populated with serial numbers from the Movement table where the serial number matches the serial number the user entered.

This field allows the user to enter a specific serial number for the selected part for which they want to view movements. |
When clicking on this field, a calendar is displayed allowing the user to select a date from when he/she would like to view the movements of the selected criteria.
If only an employee or organisation has been selected, the "To Date"may not exceed the "From Date" by three months.
If the "To Date" and "From Date" are the same, movements can be viewed without having selected any other criteria, other than the "Movement Type".
Greyed out days on the calendar are used to indicate weekends and public holidays. |
It is populated with line numbers from the Order Line table where:
The order number is equal to the order number the user selected, The line number matches the line number the user entered, and The order type equals selected order numbers order type.

This frame allows the user to indicate which type of movements he/she would like to view history for, for the selected criteria.

It is populated with the order number and order type from the Order Master table where the order number matches the number the user entered.

All part numbers are displayed for selection, but once a specific order number or order line number has been selected, the part numbers will be limited to parts existing on the order line(s) and requirements of the selected Order number/line.

PThis mode displays movements representing the movement since the same day of the previous month. |
This option defaults to 7 days, thus representing movements for the past week, but the user can apply the spinner to set the days between 0 and 14 days. |
This option displays movements for the selected parameters for the last year ending the current date. |
It is enabled when a serialised part number is selected and the user can select an Exact Match or a "like" Match. |
This option enables the user to change the dates in the "From" and "To" dates options. |

This field is only enabled if a division has been selected. At least one "Movement Type" must be 'Stores'. |

This mode shows movements for the current date only and is the only option that will not force the user to enter additional selective parameters. |
All options are applied by default. If only movements for a specific stock status are required, uncheck the statuses to be excluded. Take note that movements where the stock status was ‘spaces’, will always be included as well, since certain movements do not record the stock status, such as for non-stock purchase or sales orders. |
This field allows the user to enter the first few characters of a serial number. Movements are then shown for all the serial numbers, which match the characters entered by the user.
If the serial number is omitted, history is displayed for all the serial numbers for the selected part. |
