This list box displays all available Account Codes that can be linked to a Non Posting Entity. This button is enabled when a Non Posting Entity is selected in the created structure.

The Non Posting Entity will be added to the right hand frame.

Parent

Is a summary of all linked Child Entities.

Child

The individual Entity linked to a Parent Entity.

This function updates the Non Posting Entity Structure and NPE per Account Codes External tables.

Use this function to build a Non Posting Entity Structure.

Select available Non Posting Entities and click to move to the right hand frame.

The Summary View option displays level zero Non Posting Entities.

The Detail View option displays all the levels of the Non Posting Entity Structure.

If a report set is linked to a non posting entity, and you click on the non posting entity in the created structure, it will display that report set in this field. The report set is linked to the non

posting entity using the Non Posting entity function.

The Non-Posting Entity will be removed and is available to be linked to an Entity.

This is a descriptive name of the Report Set code.

This is the primary key of the Report Set table.
