This function is used to create and maintain report sets to be used on the Non Posting Entity Reports Function. This enables the user to have multiple sets of different NPE Report and in different formats e.g. Income Statement Summary and Income Statement Detail.

 

The function allows the linking of Non Posting Entities to different Accounts and to a Report Set.

 

On this tab the following fields can be viewed:

The user should have a profile linked to the function name with add rights.
hmtoggle_plus1Change

The user should have a profile linked to the function name with change rights.
hmtoggle_plus1Delete

The user should have a profile linked to the function name with delete rights.
hmtoggle_plus1Link/Unlink

This list box displays all account codes and Report set records that are linked to the selected Non posting Entity.
hmtoggle_plus1Non Posting Entity

A Non-posting entity must be selected to link an Account code to. More than one account code can be linked to the same Non Posting entity.

hmtoggle_plus1Report Description

This is a description of the code allocated to represent a Report set. The Description should be more than three characters.
hmtoggle_plus1Report Set

This is the primary key of the Report Set table.
