If the Commodity code is selected, only parts belonging to the  selected Commodity code will be viewed for shelf life expiry according to the other criteria selected. The Commodity code is not a mandatory field, but if not selected the inventory of all Commodity codes will be viewed for shelf life expiry.

If the Division is selected, only parts in the selected Division will be viewed for shelf life expiry according to the other criteria selected. The Division is not a mandatory field, but if not selected the inventory of all Divisions will be viewed for shelf life expiry.

If the Part Planner is selected, only inventory where the selected planner is the part planner will be viewed for shelf life expiry. The planner is not a mandatory field and if not selected inventory belonging to all planners will be included in the selection.

If the Project is selected, only parts belonging to the selected Project will be viewed for shelf life expiry according to the other criteria selected. The Project is not a mandatory field, but if not selected the inventory of all Projects will be viewed for shelf life expiry.

This selection will produce a list of parts with an expiry date prior to the selected date.

This selection will produce a list of parts where the remaining shelf life calculated as a percentage of the number of days between the manufactured date and the expiry date. This will produce a list where the calculated percentage is less than the specified percentage.

When this option is checked, only parts with shelf life expiring with in the entered number of days will be selected and displayed on the Analysis results tab.

When this option is selected, only parts of which the shelf life has already expired will be included in the selection and will be displayed on the Analysis results tab.

If the Store is selected, only parts in the selected store will be viewed for shelf life expiry according to the other criteria selected. The Store is not a mandatory field, but if not selected the inventory of all Stares will be viewed for shelf life expiry.

If this checkbox is checked, parts of which the shelf life will expire as per the Commodity Code settings of the parts commodity code will be selected as shelf life expiry candidates. The part commodity code can determine that the parts to be selected must be selected either when the shelf life expires within the parts lead-time, or a number of days before the expiry date or when the part has less than a selected percentage of it's shelf life remaining.  The third tab will produce a list of the items selected according to the settings discussed above.
