It displays the description from the Part Master table for the part number selected in the "Linked Part Number" field.

It is populated with the part number and description from the Part Master table.

The number of characters to be entered before the list is shown is governed by the value of "populate length" (optional).

It is populated with the standard item number from the Part Standard Item table and the approved item name from the Standard Item Master table where;

         The part number from the Part Standard Item table, and        The part number from the Standard Item Master table is equal to the part number selected.
