The quality action analysis function is used to view quality actions against purchase orders and order operations. Various options exists like the user can for purchase orders or order operations see all quality actions still to be performed, purchase orders or order operations for which quality actions already exists etc. You select if the analysis is to be performed against purchase orders or order operations. This will in turn enable the different criteria tabs.  On the criteria tabs you can select various analysis options to be performed, to filter the result set various parameters can be entered.

 

Once the parameters have been selected you can now click on the display columns tab. This tab gives you a list of columns that can be displayed in the results tab. You can now select the wanted columns and click on the overview results tab. On the overview results tab the data (as per the options and parameters selected) is now displayed for the columns selected. The result set can be exported to excel or other applicable applications.

 

ORDER OPERATION CRITERIA TAB

On the criteria tabs the user can select an analysis option to be performed, to filter the result set various parameters can be entered i.e. view results for a specific routing part or a specific operation or only for a specific order type etc.

These options can be used to filter orders accordingly. Those selected will be included, but when none is selected all order types will be considered.

On the overview results tab the data (as per the options and parameters selected) is now displayed for the columns selected. The result set can be exported to excel or other applicable applications.

This frame gives the user a list of columns that can be displayed in the results tab. This checkbox will enable only when the option

on the first tab for Purchase Orders or Order Operations with Quality Inspections already exists was selected. The user must now select the wanted columns and click on the overview results tab.

This frame gives the user a list of fields that can display data related to the order operations of the operations selected from the first tab.

The checkbox will enable when the Order Operation Inspection Actions option is selected in the Mode frame on the first tab. The user must now select the wanted columns and click on the overview results tab.

This frame gives the user a list of fields that can display data related to the movement of stock on the selected Purchase Order(s). The checkboxes will enable when the Purchase Order Inspection Actions option is selected in the Mode frame on the first tab. The user must now select the wanted columns and click on the overview results tab.

This frame gives the user a list of columns to be displayed that give more detail linked to the Order. The user must now select the wanted columns and click on the overview results tab.

ALL PURCHASE ORDER MOVEMENTS, NO QUALITY INSPECTION EXISTS

This option will display purchase order movements (Supplier to Stores) for which no quality action exists.

 

ALL PURCHASE ORDER MOVEMENTS, QUALITY INSPECTION ALREADY LINKED

This option will display purchase order movements (Supplier to Stores) for which quality actions already exists.

 

PENDING INSPECTIONS WITH PURCHASE ORDER DELIVERY DATES TILL

This option will give the user visibility of workload (Quality inspections still to be performed). The result will be all purchase order lines that exists on which the inspection criteria forces the items to be received via inspection with a completion date equal to and smaller than the delivery date till selected.

 

PENDING ORDERS WITH ROUTING NO QUALITY INSPECTION EXISTS

This option will give the user visibility of workload (Quality inspections still to be performed). The result will be all order operation lines that exists on which the inspection criteria forces the items to be received via inspection with a completion date equal to and smaller than the delivery Date Until selected.

 

ORDERS WITH ROUTING QUALITY INSPECTION EXISTS

This option will give the user visibility of workload (Quality inspections still to be performed). The result will be all order lines that exists on which the inspection criteria forces the items to be received via inspection.

CRITERIA SET

A Criteria Set is a selection of settings an employee would like to re-use.  This selection of settings can be saved as a personal set or as a public set for all employees to use.

 

INCLUDE PUBLIC CRITERIA SETS

By clicking this box, public criteria sets are also made visible for selection in the Criteria Set field.  If not clicked, only personal criteria sets for the signed-on employee will populate in the criteria set field.

 

LOAD

As soon as a criteria set has been selected, load can be clicked to populate the settings as defined for the criteria set.

 

SAVE

This button saves the defined settings.  If an existing criteria set was selected and changes were made, click save to update the set. If no Criteria Set name exists, a new name needs to be added at the prompt.

This mode gives you the options to select either Purchase Order with inspection Actions or Order Operations with Inspection Actions. On clicking on either of them will enable the particular tab for further refining the parameters.
