Replenishment orders for part

When a part number in the list of results on the Overview tab is selected, all planned and/or firmed replenishment orders for the part can be viewed via this tab.

 

This information serves as an aid to users to determine when the next replenishment orders are to be launched and to determine the effect of possibly not being able to launch based on the launch/start date compared to the estimated resolution date.

 

A number of filters are provided to narrow down the search being the status of the orders and actions dates until.

 

The following fields appear on the screen:

This date is defaulted to 1 month in the future, thus by default showing orders of which the planned start date is already overdue or falls within the next month. Another date can be selected to decrease or increase the view horizon.

Description of the part number selected on the Search results tab.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Firm orders

A check box that needs to be checked to include order lines with a firm status to be included in the display of replenishment orders for the part number.

The part number selected on the Search results tab for which the replenishments inquiry must be performed.

 

hmtoggle_plus1Planned orders

A check box that needs to be checked to include order lines with a planned status to be included in the display of replenishment orders for the part number.

The command button that must be clicked  to display  replenishment orders for the selected part number after setting the filters.

hmtoggle_plus1 Linked replenishment orders for part

A list view that displays the detail replenishments for the selected part number after the "Show" button has been clicked.

The details displayed will include the order number, order type, line, start- and completion dates, the project where applicable as well as the order's coordinator (being the order planner or buyer).
