It is a switch field on the Store table that provides the user with two options, namely, "Employee To Function" and "Function To Employee".

The mode Employee to Function enables the store manager to view the functions already allocated to a specific employee and edit the profile of the selected employee.

The Mode Function to Employee enables a second option frame with view options which creates the opportunity to add or remove employees to perform the selected function.
