Allows the user to add or remove employee(s) from the selected movement for the selected store and division.  If checked, the view option frame is also enabled.

 

Here the following functions can be viewed:

It is populated from the Column Values table where the column name is equal to "Store Movement".

 

The combo box becomes visible when the mode Function to Employee has been selected.  The user can select a function in the combo box and depending on the view option selected in the view option frame, the list box will be populated.

Displays the surname, first name, middle initial and the employee ID according to the "View" options selected.

 

If Selected Stores Only is checked and the signed on user is the Store Manager or Acting for Store Manager, the employee can be added or removed from the movement that has been selected in the Available Screen Names combo box.

When checked, all employees linked to the selected store and who exist on the Store Employees Access table and are displayed.

 

When unchecked, all employees that are, linked to the selected movement and exist on the Store Employees Access table are displayed.

 

The Add and Delete buttons will only be enabled if this field is checked.

If Show Employees With Access To and Selected Store Only is selected, then employees linked to the selected movement for the selected store and division are displayed.

 

If Selected Store Only is not checked, all employees that exist in the Store Employees Access table linked to the selected movement are displayed.

If Show Employees Without Access To and Selected Store Only are selected, employees that exist on the table Store Employees Access for the selected store and division, but that are not linked to the selected movement are displayed.

Determines which employees are to be displayed i.e. ''Show Employees With Access To" or "Show Employees Without Access To" and "Selected Store Only" or "Employees With Or Without Access In All Stores".

 

The view option selected will enable the user to vary the view depending on the circumstances. It is used to determine for instance, who in the store or the company has access to a specific function or who does not have access to the selected function.

 

This will enable him/her to either extend access to other employees or to remove access under certain circumstances. The store manager can however only grant or remove access to employees in the selected store when the option selected store has been checked.
