It is a read only field that displays the safety stock quantity from the Part Master table for the part number entered.

If the safety stock policy is equal to Not Applicable "N", the quantity displayed in this field will be zero irrespective of whether the Part Master table contains a value greater than zero for the safety stock quantity.
