When "MRP Stores Only" is checked, this field will only be enabled when a division is selected and "Explode Divisions" has been left unchecked. It is populated with the store code, and description from the Store and Location tables where:

 

▪The store code matches the code the user entered,
▪The division on the Store table is equal to the division selected,
▪MRP Stores Only is checked, used by MRP is equal to Yes "Y",
▪The store code on the Location table is equal to the location on the Store table.

 

The number of characters to be entered before the list is shown is governed by the value of "populate length" (optional).
