This function allows the mapping of values of the Primary (ERP) System to the third party (Tax) System. This mapping is used when sending and receiving parameters between the two systems.

The following business rules apply: An ERP Entity may be linked once only to the same Tax Entity The Tax Entity Value and Description are mandatory if a Tax Entity is selected/entered. The ERP Entity Value 1 is mandatory if an ERP Entity is selected/entered. The Tax Entity is mandatory if an ERP Entity is selected/entered. The Tax Entity Description must be at least 3 characters.
To update the user must have a security profile with Change rights for the function Tax Interface System. |
This field populates with all the values for the ERP entity (table) selected. |
This field populates with all ERP entities as in the Column Values table where the Tax Integration System = the selected one. These are the entities from the ERP System to be mapped to the software to be integrated. |
All or one mapped record can be selected. This grid displays the mapped Entity Values. Click on select to edit the record. After changing click Apply. |
When clicked all mapped values for the selected Tax Integration System is displayed in the grid if nothing else is selected. The search can be refined by selecting some of the other selection criteria. |
Enter the description you want for the Tax Value in this field. |
